Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and RVM PJG, Inc., doing business as June ("June", "we", "us"). They cover your use of the June text-message assistant and our website.

By texting June or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use June, and reply STOP if you've already texted us.

What June is

June is an AI assistant that helps families keep track of logistics over text message: shared calendars (including your kids' schedules), lists, reminders, and plans for group activities like carpools.

June is currently free. There is nothing to install and no account to create; the phone number you text from identifies you.

Who can use June

• You must be at least 18 years old to use June. Children may not use June directly at this time.
• You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you use with June.
• You may share information about your children with June, such as their schedules and activities, so June can help your family. Only share information about a child if you are their parent or legal guardian, or have their parent or guardian's permission.

How we handle children's information is described in the Children section of our Privacy Policy.

Text messaging terms

• Program name: June.
• Program description: June replies to the messages you send and sends the reminders, schedule updates and list updates you or your household ask for. June only sends reminders or scheduled messages when you ask for them, and does not send advertising or promotional messages.
• How to opt in: text any message, such as "hi", to (415) 324-2173. By doing so, you agree to receive text messages from June at the mobile number you texted from. June will reply with a confirmation that includes how to get help and how to opt out.
• Message frequency: varies based on how you use June and how many reminders you've set.
• Cost: June is free. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
• How to opt out: reply STOP at any time. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. We will send one message confirming that you've been unsubscribed, and then no further messages. To start again, reply START.
• How to get help: reply HELP, or email hello@junehelp.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Group conversations

You can add June to a group text conversation. Anything sent in a group conversation (by you, by other participants, or by June) is visible to everyone in that conversation.

• June only replies in a group when every participant has opted in. Each person opts in by texting June directly from their own phone, as described in Text messaging terms. Until everyone in the group has done that, June listens and keeps track of the group's plans, but does not send any messages to the group.
• Any participant can reply STOP to stop receiving messages from June. After that, June won't reply in any group that participant is in.
• June keeps each group conversation's information separate, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Using June responsibly

You agree not to:

• Use June for anything unlawful, harassing, abusive or deceptive, or to send spam.
• Use June to contact people who have not agreed to receive messages from June.
• Try to access another household's or group's information, or to interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Send June government ID numbers, passwords, payment card numbers or other information it doesn't need.

June can be wrong

June uses artificial intelligence to understand your messages and draft replies, and it can make mistakes, including getting dates, times or details wrong. Text messages and reminders depend on mobile carriers and can be delayed or fail to arrive.

Check anything important, and don't rely on June alone for anything where a missed or incorrect message could cause harm, such as medication, safety or legal deadlines. June does not provide medical, legal, financial or safety advice.

Your content

You keep ownership of the messages, photos and other material you send to June. You give us permission to store, process and use that content to operate, maintain and improve June, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for having the right to share what you send, including information about other people.

Changes to June

June is new and changes often. We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend or stop providing June, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also stop providing June to anyone who violates these Terms.

You can stop using June at any time by replying STOP. To ask us to delete your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

June is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranty that June will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RVM PJG, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, missed events or appointments, or other losses arising from your use of or inability to use June. Our total liability for any claim relating to June will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or June will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

Changes to these terms

We'll update this page when these Terms change and revise the "last updated" date at the top. If a change is material, we'll tell you by text message before it takes effect. Continuing to use June after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
